The Shop Menu

By clicking on the "Shop" button on the main clicking menu, you can access the (very rudimentary) Shop menu. Currently, there are only two Poké Balls for sale: the Premier Ball and the Great Ball. Their costs are listed next to their names. Each new Poké Ball gives you more money per click!

Despite this update introducing a vital part of PBCT, it is still very small. The next step on the Shop menu is to finish up the system for switching between Poké Balls. Currently, clicking a previously-purchased ball on the Shop menu allows you to "buy it again," but the infrastructure under-the-hood is there to fully implement switching. After that, my plan is to design a new Shop menu that looks more presentable (most likely using ideas from the Scratch version of the game).

One thing I want to do is to get your feedback on what I can fix! This includes things such as gameplay feel, any bugs that you encounter (of which I'm sure there are many), and ideas for designs or game mechanics. I hope that, with your feedback, I can make this game into a fun, polished experience for everyone!

Besides that, future goals are to add more background music and get saving/loading working. For now, though, that is all. Once again, please give this version of the game a try and tell me what you think. Thank you for reading, and have a wonderful day!
